We advise all clients to have a Will prepared to ensure that their assets are distributed as they desire. Having a Will reduces delay and can minimise the tax burden on your estate. It also gives you an opportunity to express your wishes in respect of your funeral, religious preferences and (if appropriate) the donation of organs and the appointment of guardians.
