Spencer specialises in Commercial and Residential Property.

Qualified as a Solicitor in 1996, progressing from Trainee Solicitor to Partner within the same firm and joined Henry Hughes & Hughes as a consultant in the Autumn of 2008.

Studied at the College of Law, Chester and University of Liverpool.

Grew up in Anerley, although now moved to Welling where his wife is from. They have 3 young children so most reading currently consists of Thomas the Tank Engine stories at bedtime.

Keen sportsman, particularly cricket, football and golf, but unable to devote enough time to playing the sports due to family commitments. When he is able, he plays cricket for St Joseph’s College Old Boys and football for Clapham Old Xaverians (Clapham College/St Francis Xavier Old Boys).
