Consultant specialising in commercial property work with particular expertise in investment property and business tenancies.

A graduate of Leeds University, Chris was admitted as a solicitor in 1980. He spent most of his career in private practice in the City of London and was head of the commercial property departments at two well-known firms. Chris is a member of the Investment Property Forum, co-author of Institutional Leases in the 21st Century (published by Estates Gazette Books) and a Liveryman of the City of London Solicitors’ Company.

He is married with two children, lives in Wandsworth and enjoys reading, cycling, gym and swimming, art galleries and Crystal Palace FC where he has a season ticket.
